Beachside All Suites Hotel

I love it here! My waitress name was Vee, and she has great service she’s very kind and very attentive. The menu has a wide variety of options from drinks down to the food! Definitely will be back, best restaurant experience! I give it a 10 out of 10!

Brandon at the front desk was extremely professional and attentive. He greeted us with a smile, handled everything efficiently, and made the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. He was patient, kind, and always willing to help with any question we had. Excellent customer service — definitely someone who represents the place in the best way. This place is amazing Mitch the manager is absolutely terrific. The room was extremely clean. Hotel staff very friendly. What amazed us is that they did not take advantage of all of us that came down from the hurricane Mitchel rates where great and they waved all pet fees. Absolutely amazing!! Great hotel it’s a must stay. They have 8 properties. Great location 2 blocks from beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.

I loved this hotel. My room was in a different location, but Eduardo's service was fantastic. He escorted me and my children to our room. Everything was clean, and to my surprise, the room was an apartment, just two blocks from the beach. Although it does need some renovations and new furniture, I liked it.

This was a great place to stay for the price. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette and the beds were amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and there was a free trolley stop right outside our building that took you up and down Collins Avenue. The staff were very friendly, especially Lorena and Jesus, which were the people I spoke with. They were very helpful and tried to help accommodate us and our needs in the best way possible. Would definitely stay here again!

I arrived to this location and was upset about Deposit that wasn’t told to me ahead of time. My other issue was the wrong hotel and I was drop off by Lyft . Extremely upset due to today is my Birthday. I then realized that I was low on funds and couldn’t afford another Lyft so I walked back to the hotel and complained. I was greeted nicely by a supervisor name Caridad and another man. They was so nice to me and even gave me a ride to there sister property. Even helped me with my luggage. I truly appreciate them and started to feel better . My room is also nice and clean

I read the reviews after booking and was scared and tried to cancel. I was surprised to find that the apartment was very nice. I have a one bedroom. It is spacious and the bed and kitchen are in separate rooms. It is very clean and seems to be newly remodeled. The grounds are nice. It is safe and two blocks from the beach. The kitchen cabinets, closet system, bath and sink are new. Furniture is modern and updated. My only issue, although the water in sinks were hot, my shower was cold. Also the pool happy hour and beach towels are in another hotel.

Good location and public parking is nearby. Rooms are ok to stay. But calm environment and near to public transport stop. Bus stop is on the street and very convenient.
